Shoppers squeezed, trampled on Black Friday

Capitalism at its finest - the video below shows the chaos that ensued outside of the Boise Town Square mall in Boise, Idaho when the doors were opened for Black Friday shopping at 1 am. Were the deals really that good that those people had to push, shove, and stomp on each other? Scary stuff!

I don’t care how good the deals were; I would not go through all that.

This video is mislabeled. This is actually footage from an underpublicized incident where Oprah got hungry and chased the inhabitants of a small midwestern town into a shopping mall.

haha Are people really that excited about buying crap? This whole black friday thing is now marketing at its finest. What a bunch of suckers!

You noticed that when the folks get through the doors, most of them just strolled along. Some just kinda skip a bit … but mostly strolled. Me thinks people just want a reason to horse around, and do something silly like this. :)

Black Friday is just one such reason. ;)

And why are the securities even trying to half shut the doors? … yes, you’ve guessed it, 1) To ensure crowd control and 2) Build up anticipation and demand. Nothing like a night-spot with bouncers to keep the mass out. ;)

This video makes me ashamed to be an American consumer. What a bunch of animals.

To think that this is what 75,000 years of evolution has led us to. Nothing more than a drove of pigs hungrily moving into the feeding trough of capitalism while cooperate Americas stands by to keep shoveling more slop lest we actually stop and think about what we have let ourselves become. Oh yeah- happy birthday Jesus.

Sad that those idiots are allowed to vote.
